it's clearly because adcs can kill poppy right? every role there is an adc to be able to kill poppy right? i mean why not she buys 2 cheap items and unless you are Darius or Trundle you autolose because you will never do anything to her you just waste your time and your only hope of dealing with her is if she wastes her mana . but you know every champ is a late game adc and can easily deal with her so we keep her the way she is beeing this stupid shitt running around beeing unkillable unless you 1v3 her . But wait her base dmg is low she deserves to be unkillable. Tell that to the twitch that i did 70% of his health with one combo having only black cleaver yesterday and no baron/fire drags. get your head out of your ass and gut this champ. everytime i see Poppy i lose from champ select.

Umm, if you stand near a wall, you deserve to die. You basically double her damage by standing near a wall. Stop it.

on top of what SWAGGY said do you know that a twitch needs to go behind walls/etc to get the maximum out of his ulti? and i dont think its called an outplay when i press 4buttons on him and make him useless. at least not with 5 FUCKINGG TANK ITEMS. i wouldnt even bother posting if i had a normal meta build with triforce

An easy way to get an awful win rate with poppy would be building that on poppy zzrot and black cleaver have no place on a poppy and should be easy for your teams mage to crush her down to where she belongs. Also she is just in general a very beatable champion if you can just realize when you're positioning near a wall so you don't just walk into her.

Darius dies like a turd compared to poppy + Darius has less mobility and not a point and click dash ontop of the enemy. + he cant cock block everything with a gapcloser from his backline. nor can fend off people from him/his team. Darius isnt in the clear as far as balance goes have my word i started playing him a ton recently.

She was better before and got nerfed lol. Then received a couple buffs after that.

Her passive on W was always the problem really. But when they nerf that enough she will stop being played and you can bitch about the champ that takes her place.

That's the normal cycle.

i have 5 FUCKIN TANK ITEMS. i shouldnt even be able to do 50% of his Hp. SPECIALLY since he has a ga which isnt much but still adds some survivability. trust me i'm biased as fuck vs adcs i wouldnt ever defend an adc even if he was in the right. but i also do think tanks are busted simply because they have to be busted otherwhise they are useless atm

Why not? You hit all of your moves, and tanks have high base damage to survive laning with the knowledge that they aren't going to build AD. ADCs have roughly the same defense stats as when they are level 1.

Not to mention you hit him with everything, insinuating that he was near a wall for you to whale on him. Even that doesn't kill him and he can easily flash away and escape.

Ok, sunfire really hurts ADCs because of how squishy they are, plus you have to consider how much damage you'd reflect back at Twitch because of Thornmail.

Also, tanks hurt squishies, especially if you have just one damage item. We all know that ADCs need to have peel for pretty much every enemy. You did your basic combo with a successful wall stun, that usually hurts squishies a lot.

beh the point i'm triggered is that all this happened in seconds. i hate tanks beeing able to do dmg in a short window of time but we cant help it. if we nerf them they will become unusable.because rito doesnt nerf their babyboys/girls adcs so we can finally balance the game. and on top of that masteries are stupid af.

To be fair, tank damage types are usually burst types anyway. Beyond Shen and Rammus I can't think of many tanks that are dps based in their damage type.

My guess is a squishy ADC.

If she gets both hits of her Q off, that's 230 + 160% of her bonus AD + 14% of the target's max health.

Black Cleaver gives 50 AD.

Now back to her Q. The total damage is 230 + 160% of bonus AD (50) + 14% max health. This equates 230 + 80 + 14% max health damage

Now let's get a victim, Twitch.

Twitch's base health at level 18 is 1902. Since ADCs really don't build health I'll use this.

Twitch getting hit with both instances of Q with an auto weaved in between means he'll have 1902 - 230 - 80 - 14% of his max health (266) - 124 = 1202. He is essentially around half-healthed by this._

Poppy's E (if she smacks them against a wall and deals double damage) deals 260 + 100% of bonus AD in total.

With only a black cleaver that's 310 damage.

The only way for Poppy to get both hits of Q off on Twitch is to slam him into a wall, so let's subtract 310 from the health he has left and weave in another auto.

1202 - 310 - 124 = 768 health left.

Poppy's R deals 400 damage + 90% bonus AD, so that's 495.

So slamming Twitch with an ult as well drops him to 768 - 495 = 273.

Even with another auto he can flash away and escape. Plus all of this implies that he is standing still and not autoing her to lifesteall off her.

But he is accurate in stating he can do serious damage by building a damage item on a tank with good scalings and attacking a squishy champion and hitting every single one of his skills and weaving in autos.

If you hit everything then he deserved the damage he took. If there is a Poppy on the enemy team, why are you putting yourself in a position to be pinned? I don't care for Poppy, but some eating a full combo because they positioned like butt doesn't make her OP.
