Champions out of meta vs Champions in the meta

Anybody up for setting up a tournament of the sort? Champions that belong in the meta can be made by everybody, and the tournament can consist of something like 10 or 20 rounds? If we have a bunch of people, we can have more rounds but i would assume it would get boring if the same people tried doing this over and over again.

so i heard there was abuncha niche/non meta picks that actually do well countering Fizz.. Fed...Akali.. and some bull shit meta cancers it looking bright for team hipster

Anivia Swain Draven Lissandra Are all SO strong, yet I rarely see them in games. It's sad.

I see Lissandra almost every game I play these days because of how strong the nomicon is right now. As to Swain most people don't seem to understand how completely weak he is (shhhh let them believe it so he doesn't get banned.). No, but in all seriousness Swain's counter is mobility, which is basically every champion that isn't a tank these days. Anivia has the same problem as Swain. Draven however surprises me, he's super strong if you understand him even in the slightest. Plus Draven helps me relieve the boredom from early ADC game. I get to play a minigame while I farm and occasionally cause the enemy ADC to need a new pair of pants if I start to get a little ahead and harass more.
