Let the game launch and afk give them the loss they deserve
If it looks like they may win feed their lane a few kills maybe a buff

You should instead be the bigger man and go through with the game anyways, then file an honest report for the offense committed by the "troll" player.

No it isn't. I afk A shit load and never get in trouble for it and just attack a minion every few minutes to not disconnect.
