Come on, this guy has been at 54% win rate for several patches now with 15% play rate. He needs nerfs. There is literally no counterplay to his stealth. He kills your entire team before you even get close to killing him. He's way too safe overall for the amount of damage he can dish out.

It isn't stealth. Its camouflage. You can reveal him by standing near him, or pink wards. Pink wards especially are the bane of his existence. Have good side coverage and when a teamfight starts plop one down to severely limit where he could be.
He needs a lot of time AND you to be in the right spot to kill your entire team before you can get close to him. It requires him to be 3-4 items, your team to have itemized poorly against him, everyone to have blown their mobility spells, and your team to be lined up for Spray and Pray.
The counterplay to Twitch is to utilize wards, fan out, and beat him down when he is very vulnerable early when other ADCs beat him into the ground.

These also work, however I think the camouflage is fine, I mean it's how he escapes, funny how people think his Q reset is broken but not Darius ult or ALL Katarina cooldowns reset

It is on a time delay, has a mediocre time delayed MS boost, is not a blink like Kat or Ezreal, AND its only redeeming quality, the camouflage, can be countered by damaging him (so DoTs are particularly good or AOE) or just guessing correctly and seeing him.

MF, Caitlyn, Lucian, Ahri, Veigar, Nautilus, Varus, Kled, Katarina, LB, Fizz, Volibear, Shaco, Darius, and Vel'Koz all counter Twitch.
