As if Talon didn't have enough mobility already

Apparently base 350 ms and mobility/swiftness boots weren't enough. Now he can jump over walls too. Yes Talon will be cancer when this update hits live.

His Base Movement Speed was reduced to 335

His base movement speed was drastically reduced, 350 ---> 335.

That said, 350 movement speed and mobis is quick as far as on-foot travel goes but, NOT really what I would call mobile in todays game (especially since Talon doesn't buy mobi boots that often actually, his most common purchase prior to this patch was Ionian Boots IIRC).

Talon legit had the least mobility of any assassin before. What are you even SAYING?!?!
