Everyone is literally spamming games and hoping they get less retards on their team, because statistically, only 4/5 of your team is potentially handicapped. Is Riot okay with skill being majorly irrelevant?

Are you seriously complaining that the game doesn't let people essentially 1v5 as long as they're good enough?
If one person is extremely good, they should be able to compensate for one bad player. Currently, that one bad player can lose the game for it's team, regardless of how good the most skilled player is.

However i was plat 5 last season and currently started S5 this season , just today alone i played about 10games and won them 7 out of the 10 due to being able to either carry or redirect players on how to build/ward.

No, each person should feel the verbal harassment to the point where it actually betters their game. You can't use the excuse that you are intentionally playing worse because people are telling you that you're playing like shit. First you actually have to make a real attempt before you use the pity party excuse.

Go look up a few pros and see how many are Diamond V or Platinum I. There is no carrying in this season. A drooling chimp that happened to get fed as Annie can hover it's mouse over you and kill you.

I actually have won 1v5's before, if you consider myself as the only person on my team willing to cross the river to challenge objectives such as inhibitors and evidently the Nexus, and destroying the game, while my team turtled in base. No, I didn't backdoor. I just fought fire with fire... Literally

EVERY ranked that i have lost was because my team was in bronze 5-3 and their team was all 3-1 or somthing alone those lines. but in each ranged game i lost was their team was ranked higher than my team for at least 4 out of the 5 players. AND none of those games i lost did i lose my lane

There are a bunch of pros who couldn't get out of Diamond V last season. Currently, a lot of them are stuck at Platinum I / Diamond V. Almost all (possibly all?) of the ones currently at D1+ duo queued to get there.
Have you even seen Liquid lately?
Disregard that I was Diamond I last season, Diamond I in season 3, Diamond in season 2, and Platinum in season 1. I'm now playing with Diamond V/Platinum I players, and it's painful. Everyone is bad, but if something like a burst caster gets fed before I can roam and shut it down, it can mouse over me and win.

I just went 4-0 against one of the worst Riven players I have ever experienced. Regardless of how bad it is, it has a guaranteed kill if it flashes into me.
After I take it's tower, I check the scoreboard: the enemy Vi is so fed that it can kill me in less than 2 seconds, and the enemy ADC is 9-0. This is basically every game, on one team or the other.
You cannot carry, because everything dies so fast; I can kill the fed carry, but I can't stop the Vi from killing me. There is no way to outplay this. It literally has to mouse over me and press R, and I'm dead.

And its just luck of the draw as to whether or not you get those uncarriable people or not. then there is just some people the system fucks over and gives them the uncarriables more often then not. And then amount of games for it to statistically balance out the fact that there should be a lower chance of them on your team is ungodly.

BluePolarizer1 votesWelcome to the club. I've gone 7-0 as Yi or 6-2 as Quinn only to get shut down hard later because Vi or Yasuo gets fed and presses R. I came to realize hey that's how it works if you play a low utility DPS champ thats not the ADC. Better to either play one of the grossly overpowered champs or catch them 1v1 where the CC part of their ults is irrelevant and you can kill them with straight DPS.
