sona ult doesnt have a passive, and ryze q reset is off of other abilities.

dude sona's ult does have a passive "PASSIVE: Reduces the base cooldown of Sona's basic abilities. BASIC ABILITY BASE COOLDOWN REDUCTION: 10 / 25 / 40%"

the fact is it doesnt apply TO overall cdr, so it wont be 100% it will just be 80% will lowwer cdr.

Garen Essentially has a negative cooldown, since his E overlaps with itself.

Also, he should have been disabled because of it. He's completely stupid to play against.
