PSA: LeBlanc can't 100-0 you with just WQR

Contrary to popular belief, she cannot instakill you without following her QR with E or W; unless she's ridiculously fed, which in that case, she's like any champion that is ridiculously fed.

Her Mimic'd Q is entirely backloaded damage, so if she doesn't detonate the Mimic'd Q sigil, she does not do enough damage to 100-0 you.

R Initial Damage: 70 / 140 / 210 (+ 40% AP) R Secondary Damage: 150 / 300 / 450 (+ 75% AP)

So this leaves her to either follow up with her W or E, if she didn't have to use her W to gap close, you were out of position and you deserve to die. If she follows up with her E, you can dodge the skill shot.

LeBlanc is actually a well balanced assassin, her kit offers high single target damage at the cost of utterly atrocious wave clear and general ability to CS. Any smart mid laner will shove the lane and play passively otherwise, not giving her the chance to roam without losing her tower. In team fights, she can easily be locked down before she can kill the back line, and she offers next to no AoE damage. This leaves her with no real late game strengths other than getting picks on out of position targets, similar to virtually every other assassin.

While it's rather unindicative of strength to look to her winrate immediately after her rework/revert, especially considering that she went from 15th to 1st in playrates; her winrate is 40th of 44 mid laners.
