So I >MIGHT< Have Figured Out Something with Smite Karthus/Taliyah Crashing Games

Short end, it is overloading the system, but we know that already.

The two champions in the game right now that has the most "Qs" are Karthus and Taliyah, Karthus has skittle spam and Taliyah has 5 rocks (when not on worked ground). Smite has the lowest cooldown for the summoner spells, so it gets used the most and all the time.

So what must be happening is that there is a number always going up in the background where it ticks up upon getting a minions/monster kill, casting a spell (Taliyah 5 rocks must be counting as 5 spells) which includes summoner spells and since Smite is both on the lowest cooldown and holds two charges it gets used a lot more than every other spell so the combination of everything will overload the system where as no other champion can possibly do this due to their kits and/or inability to farm up a storm like what Taliyah and Karthus can do.

The game crashes which means the number is going up based on every ability and spell cast and everything killed by everyone in that game. This means the game can only perform so many operations within a game before it can no longer function at all and just completely crashes once it exceeds the possible number of operations it can handle for each game.

But then there leads to URF where everyone is spamming spells the game does not crash, perhaps the amount of operations for URF is significantly higher or something or Smite being a charged based system is doing it... but at the same time, you barely get any farm in URF mode which means the minion/monsters killed are playing a significant factor in all of this as well since URF plays for champion kills rather than minions killed and the jungle is mostly untouched (for the most part) in most URF games and obviously not true for a real game of League of Legends.

I just want to bring this to attention only because it will help Riot Games figure out the game crashing bug by giving them things to test out. I wonder if Smite had just a normal cooldown instead of a charge system and Smite is being used less often and see if that would fix the system. The game could also be reading skittles and rocks as minions killed and if there are too many "minions killed" total in the game it no longer knows what to do and perhaps Smite casts are being treated like minions killed when on Karthus and Taliyah and since it knows how many minions and monsters are in the game at every given point and when the number exceeds that number on a single champion then the game crashes.

Basically, probably spaghetti coding is the reason for this...

See how things work by mindlessly using Q off cooldown, Smite off cooldown, and farming every minion/monster you see and probably helps with 10 people in the game to crash it faster. This will at least give head way, but on Riot's end they should be looking at the game's code and finding a number that is going up whenever an action in the game is performed and try to figure out exactly when the game crashes and what the number reads, easier to find a fix once you figure out what is causing the crash in the first place.
