: Already consider OP, but stopped building DD because her AP path was more sustaining, bursting and got her to evolving E faster. Now...... she's going to build both. Why? Because her passive is Magic damage, her W is massive single target magic damage, meaning she will have 30% damage healing from having both. All her magic damage is single target, so its full value will heal, along with 10% Q.... and 30% of auto attack damage.
Now has a another completely viable build heal path, again is a single target damage dealer, so will heal 30% between the 2, 45% if she also has Ravenous Hunter..... and this is a CDR item, that defers damage done to her...... what could go wrong there with her Cloud......
Now can double up heals. Same reasoning as Akali, except she is resettable, more aoe based, but does so much damage that doesn't matter.
Shadow assassin will now have more viable heals than Rhaast, given his post phys additional magic damage boost.
Now has a heal AD option to build into on hit builds.
Hybrid single target resettable, 1/3 of the time dodges attacks, has one of longest leaps in the game..... What could go wrong....
Now has a double dipping heal option, since 50% of his damage is converted, which previously made 
half as effective on him.
will now take it. (People complain about him just as much as Kai sa)
Can take it and heal off E as well as Q etc.
Omfg. Massive damage output, single target AND aoe healing at the same exact time, CDR to bring down Q timer. Everything mostly hybrid scales.
Now viable on him. W heals, Q heals, E heals, even the up to 1200 base damage R.....
Will heal on every part of his kit, and defer some of the damage he takes, and again..... most of it is single target.
Tons of built in Magic damage, like Kai Sa. Will heal off it all.

Will now see this as a viable item. Already has insane heals. now can double heal off Q, off his passive, and any items he's carrying that do magic damage.
Here's my question: Most of these champs are already doing well. So...... Why?
, since he does in fact have a 100% AD scaling ability, but doesn't build Hextech, and could possibly use that as a sustain item.
could use it on her ult...... weak gain
could technically use it, but would benefit more from a Gunblade
could use on E, but that's it... again... weak.
