Vayne nerf on PBE is a joke
-2 base AD compensated with 0.25 better scaling. Even if you take off 10AD without compensations that is NOT the problem. What needs to be nerfed is her incredible self peeling.

Crowe Stalker1 votesUpdate to the change is they are reverting the compensation and now it's just -3 Flat AD. That's at the cost of reverting the Riven nerf though... I wish they reverted poor 
when we all complained about it.
