Get ranged champions out of top lane

I would rather face 10 rivens in a row than a single Gnar in 10 games.

Get these Kennens, Vladimirs, Gnars, Quinns and whatever else out of top lane once and for all

Remove klepto

Remove doran shield for ranged champions

Nerf the mentioned champions by lowering their range if they wanna be top laners and increasing the cooldowns on their escapes

Please so that we can enjoy playing melee bruisers the only role they are decent right now without having to rely on jungle coinflip
