I tough about tristana because she can't use really well stormrazor (too low range) and Essence reaver fell strange + her powerspike it's very late. Jinx maybe has hitten hard by the change of IE crit (normally she rely on the squishiest target via rocket for get her passive and now IE deal less on squishi). Sivir it's in a 50/50 zone. Opinion?
webstar11081 votesI fell like they will hit the same. Just different kinds of damage so if a Malphite has 700 armor at 30 mins an adc might be able to kill him.
DuskDaUmbreon1 votesI doubt they're going to be hit the same. Ones that go on-hit will most definitely come online sooner relative to those who do get crit, and on-hit is usually the furthest-scaling damage type in League.
Kog'maw and Caitlyn are not being hit the same.
D4M2X01 votesit should be a BT+PD+LW meta like in season 3 and part of 4. so anything with good scalings like draven/sivir/MF will be a powerhouse with just BT while champs that have lower scalings can safely farm with BT until they get all 3 items to be on the strong.

Ones that don't do well with BorK will also probably be outshone by ones that do.
And, of course, any ADC that's exceptionally weak to assassins or lethality in general will be ass.

the adcs that directly scale with crit (cait xayah) will be hit the hardest, additionally they use fleet footwork more than other keystones
ADCS that can build BORK like Ashe will build it instead of crit
SammyDayspring1 votesIt seems like the crit builders are the ones who were hit. Anyone who usually has an on-hit build or other type will do better. Those items are usually cheaper. They come online earlier. Crit builders will either have to change their items, or they will have to wait longer for their power spikes, which leaves the other types with a longer window of dominance in the game.

Will give 60% crit now though and shiv lightning damage can crit. so thats 10% more likely that it will crit.
I think they should stay pretty much as viable as before, at least come mid to late game.

10% more likely to crit with Shiv, but Shiv Lightning doesn't get the 50% bonus damage anymore, so I'm pretty sure that's a net nerf.
