Being how old this game is, I pretty sure they stopped caring at this point. How badly Camille is balanced and how only a select few are used in pro league is proof of that.

They gave her some proper nerfs on PBE on all 4 skills after last patch. Guess what ? They removed or lowered them all yesterday. This will be another Yasuo all over again, being nerfed 15 times by a little bit instead of a huge nerfs followed by small buffs if needed. She is probably going to be broken untill august or something.

The strategy here was to completely overnerf her and then looking how much power they can give her back so she stays playable. If all these changes had went through like that, Camille would be in the trash. She wouldn't be able to do anything on her own anymore in lane and just be an ult bot for the whole game.
