No Lethality Glyphs or Seals?

Am I missing something or do these not exist? I can't find them in the store. If they don't then why?

They should be there because I used to have armor pen runes that got turned into lethality, which forced me to finally get flat AD.

Try looking under marks, probably attack marks.

There are lethality marks and quints, but there aren't any for glyphs or seals as far as I can tell

And they really need to hurry up and get the runes reworked so they stay alot more restricted. Pure 'single damage 'full build runes' and CDR 20% builds just feel so retarded on ends because of overpowered 'builds' on some runes make some champions get some major boosts that easily cover up the 'downside' of being squishie with the build, which normally does not matter if you apply the best CC first: Death.
