Of all the URF OPs, Irelia is the most OP. Try it.

if they have low CC over either or
if they have morg/lux/varus. Flash for higher kill potential, TP for higher map control.
Q 1 creep you heal half HP. And kill it. Your mobility around waves is better than 
. Start E on gromp (you really need the early clear speed), then R>W>Q>E. After first clear your speed is pretty insane. You instant clear after rageblade. Easy sated stacks.
Best of all, it doesn't feel like you're playing a boring, tryhard urf game because of laning, and most of the other OPs push like made for easy doubles.
