Ashe Buff

Okay some simple things for Ashe that I think could be nice for her (these will be direct buffs, one being a change to make her better against mobility champions while non-mobility will be roughly the same)

Focus (Passive): Same thing but an added context to it as well: Executing a minion will grant 6/7/8/9/10 Focus stacks; gaining a kill or assist will grant 100 Focus stacks.

Frost Shot (Q): Toggle Ability; Cost: 8 Mana per basic attack Toggle ON: Ashe's basic attacks slow her target by 20/30/40/50/60% for 1.25 seconds [from 15/20/25/30/35% for 2 seconds]

Focus change does not change anything about Focus, but it does add more incentive and reward for properly last hitting. Frost Shot change ends up being better against mobility with a stronger slow % and better for the game overall with a lower slow duration so now non-mobility that has something like a stun can potentially now get away from Ashe while the stronger slow % allows Ashe to be the strong kiter that she is meant to be.

Hope you like the ideas! ~ Stacona

I don't think ashe needs more slow. I think they should add an AOE stun to her E.

I'm not sure how a much larger slow but for less time is going to help her vs mobility without destroying non mobile champions. Mobile can still dash/jump out of range, and the slow will be done soon, while non mobile will be stuck in range much longer (and due to the higher % slow and lack of very long hard CC they can't escape without flash or killing Ashe).

Otherwise, having multiple guaranteed crits in lane could be a bit much.

the lower duration allows you to stun ashe to get away as non-mobility

the greater slow strenght allows Ashe to kite better

The greatest hard CC duration in the game is 3.5 seconds (Ashe R), with the majority of hard CC falling between 1-2 seconds. Additionally, most hard CC is either a skillshot or short ranged short duration point and click. A mobile champion can just dash to/away from Ashe easily, ignoring most of the slow. An immobile champion (being immobile) cannot easily escape unless they have flash or hard CC Ashe at the edge of her range and somehow dodge her W.

most stuns are 1.5 seconds long, with a 1.25 seconds duration slow you can stun her and walk away from Ashe, so better for immobility - while a stronger slow strength helps her kite against these mobile champions since defensively the slow keeps re-applying

Let me give you a scenario.

Champion A, no gapcloser, point and click 2 second stun with no travel time or delay. 400 ms.

Champion B, 2 400 range dashes. 400 ms.

Champ A has 160 MS for 1.25 seconds and 400 for .75. This means they can travel 500 units in 2 seconds ASSUMING they only got hit by Ashe once. This means A can move 500 units if only hit once. Afterwards, A must dodge Ashe's W, or else they will be perma kited.

Champ B has 160 ms for 1.25 seconds and 400 .75. This means with their dashes they can go 1300 units in 2 seconds, along with going over two walls. This means B can move 1300 units if only hit once. Afterwards, B has at least 800 range between them and Ashe, and maybe a wall.

Slows do NOT counter mobile champions. If I have a fixed 2000 projectile speed dash, slowing me doesn't effect me as much as the 400 ms zero mobility champion. You slow me? I lost ~200 ms, 1/5th of my total travel distance. You slow the immobile? They lost ~200 ms, 1/2 their travel distance.

you either not attack anything or get at least 20 last hits to get your passive- it is simply two ways to achieve 100 focus stacks, with a kind of reset mechanic for kill participation

Ashe does not need buffs. She's not picked every game like certain adcs, yes, but that's not because she is weak. She has always maintained a fair win rate no matter what seems to happen to the game.

Buffing her will just break her and Riot's response will be to make her weaker than she was before receiving those buffs.

I didn't say she was weak- think of this simply as a gameplay update

These are straight buffs, which she is not in need of.
