with the game having increasing more scaling diversity we need in game encyclopedia

tired of having to go to wikia.com for help. would like to have it either in the client or as a downloadable PDF document of sorts that has a map/index/glossary.. for easy navigation etc.

example new thornmail scales well with armor. so i'm curious who has bigger armor per level or armor passives etc.

wikia site isn't that optimal either sometimes takes while to load/slows browser at least been my experience

would be cool to have a way to see recommended champions for each item and why.

example its good on poppy because of her w and high armor per lvl, if your new to this game there's a huge wealth of information that is pretty important to have access to.
