so does that mean that lucian, draven, corki, twitch, graves, quinn and jinx (minus her q bonus) also have lower auto range, cause she looks pretty on par with the other adc in terms of auto range.

Vayne doesn't have a low auto range, she has low range in general. All of her damage is limited to 550 range, unlike every other adc on that list. Graves does have pretty low range too, he just has AOE and burst to make up for it.

No one intelligent says that Vayne has low autoattack range. If they do, they are either misinformed or parroting information they have heard without actually understanding it.

Vayne has "short range" because she has no abilities which allow her to affect enemies outside of her autoattack range.

Tristana and Twitch are the only other ADCs who can't affect enemies outside of their autoattack range and both have abilities which can extend their autoattack range significantly.

You can't count Jinx because her Q gives her a huge range once she hits 9. You can't count Twitch either as his R lets him blow people up. All the other ADC's with the exception of quinn have high burst that can blow people up early on in the game, making them very dangerous to fight against. Also all the champions you listed have abilities that exceed their AA range, whereas Vayne does not. She is very low range for an ADC as she isn't threatening outside of her AA range.

if you become an adc main you can feel the difference between vayne and other adcs. Her range FEELS much shorter, and it seems like you're always in danger when a team fight breaks out.
