Have nemesis mode make you pick from among a pool of champs for each role matching the current meta So first two picks are for bottom lane. Person picks support, can only pick from a pool of recommended supports Second gets to pick from marksmens next junglers then top them mid

...why not just play draft then
In draft you still play like the 3 or so champs your most familiar with for each role. This will encourage you to branch out and try other champs in a real game like scenario as opposed to a troll game.
i guess the problem would be that you'd then trade
it would have to be like team builder where you join but only select role first. that way you can't trade with someone.
if you want junlge your guaranted to play as jungle but don't know who you'll be jungling with. rest assured it'll be someone that can survive it. at least you be prepared as you can arrange your runes accordingly
