The Masteries, Items, and Tanks

The new masteries are an absolute pain in the ass to deal with in games. The new masteries are cool and all, but I'm thinking that they're way too involved with the game in itself, and way too involved with damage dealing champions than any other. 6/9 of the end-tree mastery upgrades concerns itself with dealing damage. Couple that with the surplus of anti-tank items, and now we have a game that is leaning towards anti-tank. I know last season was really tank and juggernaut focused, but it's unfair that they've received absolutely no love (to the point where it seems like all they're receiving is hate). My suggestion is basically to increase the availability for tankier champions to actually be more effective to counterbalance this ADC snowball fest. This would include the changing of some masteries, (such as add more bonuses to Strength of Ages, such as a permanent or temporary armor/mr bonus when killing siege minions).

TL;DR - With the new masteries, items and ADC changes. Tanks have literally been royally screwed over simply because of the fact that there wasn't nearly as much effort to adjust them into the new meta like what was done to ADC's and supports.
