since 3v3 is pretty much overlooked add this item to it
i'd like a 5%cdr 18% crit chance and 12% lifesteal item
this way we can see how it is and see if maybe this item gets such a good reception that people ask for it on SR.

the only real concern might be that you could get too much synergy out of it when paired with 
so just give it a passive that says that:
As you equip more crit chance IE's synergy with Sabre decays.
where Sabre could be the name of the item
It's an easily worded simple sentence and allows for ADCs to truly explore how they wish to build.
As such, say you pair it with
+ 
+ instead of getting a total of 36+40 =76 (when doubled), you'd instead have 66% crit chance.
with + 
+ , you get 60+ say 23= 83% crit chance.
