There's a lot of bugfixes, Quinn's finally starting to get patched up, Aatrox buffs, Yorick buffs, Twitch... buffs? Veigar's still getting some treatment and he'll become more enjoyable (even if I think he's not quite there yet), Singed got what I think is a buff to his ability to handle people who aren't squishy.
I'm a little salty about the 
part, considering 
was in the spotlight for a much shorter period of time and isn't nearly as frustrating to play against (not to mention that her biggest counters are probably going to become incredibly prevalent soon), but I digress.
