Is GP Q designed to not interact with Stormrazer?
It seems so odd that his Q can't get the buff. And I was getting excited for going into a game and trying it out especially since the rest of the crit changes will be a big nerf for him.

A Rioter on the Playtest team already addressed this, but GP applies on hit effects and is not counted as a basic attack. Stormrazer only buff's the next basic attack, and is thusly not counted as an on-hit effect. I personally don't know the exac coding behind it to differentiate, but that's how it works. It will also not proc off of an Ezreal Q in case you were curious.
Presumably Stormrazor is an on-attack buff, which is why GP's Q won't trigger it (since it's still an ability cast rather than a basic attack).
On-attack effects are different from on-hit effects in that on-attacks actually require you to execute a basic attack command.
