Okay, I see how this fits the new assassin theme. But I assume you forgot about Vayne right? Also, she can't be detected by pinkwards anymore. This is legit nightmare fuel.

By the way, khazix with his new ult seems to do good with this too.

Vayne sounds more broken than it actually is going to be, after a bit of thought:

It is 50 + Lethality true damage. Unless Vayne gets more items with Lethality, the amount she'd do is not going to extent beyond some 70-80 (depending on whether Precision becomes Lethality).
Items with Lethality generally lack attack speed, which is Vayne's most important stat. From the feel of things, Vayne with 2 Zeal upgrades and 3 Lethality items would probably be inferior the current, regular Crit Vayne.
She needs to wait the full duration of her stealth to get the true damage again.

Soooo buidling it on Akali. They gutted her scalings so much that that true damage is actually a huge amount. Plus, utilized correctly, that's a maximum of 400 true damage + 16xlethality.

Vayne would have to wait the entire 1 second window of her invisibility period, and she'd do more damage just attacking normally than Nightstalker would offer.

Also unless Vayne gets another Lethality item (and there aren't any with Attack Speed, iirc) the proc's only doing 90 damage, and since it's on-hit damage I don't think it can crit. Might as well just buy PD/IE and not have to rely on gimmick stealth strats and just right click instead.
