Evelynn and DFG removal

Initially Evelynn's ultimate and her E were butchered because Riot didn't like bursty DFG builds on her. Since DFG is going to be removed, can we have AP Eve back? At least in some form.

It would be nice if they gave her ult some base damage.

It's hilariously painful when you ult someone at 40 HP and it doesn't kill them.

They nerfed her ult far too harshly. Why would an Assassin type character was an ult with no scaling and that deals only current HP%? Is she supposed to be the initiating tanky character?

I think that Pink Wards would have to be invisible and not have a limit on how many you can put on the field for Evelynn to be allowed to be the mid lane assassin she was at the end of season 2 and start of season 3.
