Hextech crafting rewards restriction

Does anyone know how many games that you have to play to start earning rewards after being chat restricted. Long story short I got chat restricted over a feeding Annie who had ADC in ranked and built AP.

I have since played at least 20 games since the 10 game restriction was completed and still am not earning rewards. And my account has over 3k games on it. This is the only time I have ever been chat restricted. I got a 2 week ban back when the stupid system was brand new and auto detect bans were really harsh and got no response for Riot, but that was almost 2 years ago.

Not sure what it is, but I can tell you its unfair, and they won't say. The latter is because they don't want people manipulating the system, the former is because anyone's first foray into real world Justice systems includes an introduction to the proverbial understanding that all punitive measures have always been and should always be temporary. In other words, no interest rate on punitive fines, which are the only things that can last for as long as they are not paid.

It depends on a variety of factors, versus the same number of games for everyone. If you show the system you've reformed, than it'll be sooner than if you still have occasional incidents.

I don't understand how you can get restricted over 2 games though. Especially when there was over a 25 game gap between the 2. And one that got me restricted was rather mild (it was more of me frustrated but not really being toxic) while the first one was me being mad at Blitz for playing super passive and not contributing to the game before the 10 minute mark (literally sat there and didn't move, didn't even hide in bush, didn't even threaten the enemy lane at all). I do believe I was from what I saw in what I said to Blitz (not that it was like "Fuck You"). I more of said "Blitz contribute do something don't just stand in one spot all game" and did continue to rip on him until he finally decided to play aggro where we started to actually do decent

So how do 2 games lead to a chat restriction when only one was really toxic and the other was more of frustration over a troll when they had a huge gap. At the very least denying me any form of rewards is kind of overkill for 1 real offense.

Without your chat logs it's incredibly hard to know. Most people on the boards will say, "wasn't even toxic" and then their chat logs are filled with "fuk you pleb nuub fggot" lol.

I posted them in another thread awhile ago questioning how I got restricted for them most people said I was mildy toxic at best. I mean really I didn't tell the Annie to go fuck themself. I told her the chat log proves me right because she kept threatening to report me for disliking that she went Annie and filled our ADC role with a mage and then fed 13+ kills while I was like 10/2.
