State of the game today

Just want to see what everyone things the state of the game is atm and what would you change about it to make it better?

I feel that since the new runes came in, it more about who can spam all abilates and do most damge (This has removed skill from the game)

I feel if they add magic resist and armor in the right % to smaller runes it will make the damage level off a bit and bring back more skill to the game (people would have to work on micanics and learn more about the champs then to be able to get a kill)

I miss the old rune/mastery system. I miss IP, I hate the meta and everyone who religiously clings to it, I hate that finding creative ways to fuck the meta are nerfed or punished.

Xin/yi bot with a good tank support with a stun would pulverize early game, it always has, I've played it as a trollololo a few times in the past when I was sick of ranged carry, you can go all in at level 2 and decimate with the gap closer - 3 hit combo. But if this caught on, Riot would nerf or punish it like they punished Proxy Singed.
