I just had a ranked game with two duo queues

Top/jungle and bottom/support

Bottom/support went 0-6 by 12 minutes. Top/jungle went 1-6 by 12 minutes.

Why is this even possible? There should never be two duo queues in one ranked game.

Statistically, it's unlikely, but possible. What I'd like to know is, how can people in constant communication be that bad? XD
