So i see after nearly 6 years, no headway has been made with trolls.....

There hasn't even been any recognition of their existence to Riot. I can excuse mistakes and i can handle decisions i disagree with, but when a large portion of my games are trolled and Riot refuses to even acknowledge their existence or propose any solution, it irks me to no end.

Yes, they address afk's, yes they address verbal abuse, but they refuse to even acknowledge that there are people who make it their mission to ruin games. They troll champion select and autolock/hijack roles, they purposely refuse to help their team, or out of spite they will purposely ruin the game in one way or another.

One of the biggest kickers is they continue to increase the penalties for saying anything to the trolls to the point where if you even ask that trolls get reported, you end up with the chat ban. I'm afraid that if riot ever brings the tribunal back, it will be devoid of any recourse to punish actual trolls and only focus on verbal abuse.
