IP Masquerena1 votesWell, in a way the nerfs are indeed nerfs. Do remember that before the E nerf, she had a slightly higher winrate between 55-56% and a play rate of around 16%, now her win rate is around 53-54% with the play rate around 10-11%, and considering Riven is mostly (I said mostly, not exclusively) played by mains, losing both win rate and play rate does show it was indeed a big nerf, as if it was just placebo, due to the compensation buff and loss of play rate, her win rate should've went higher than pre nerf, not lower.
So all in all, it was a big nerf, but thanks to the bull 
item called Spear of Shojin, she is still too strong. Remove spear and much of her problem is fixed, if not completely.

And that safety net from Spear needs to be removed before starting to actually nerf her, just so it won't go overboard to the point where she's barely playable. I don't want her in Galio tier, nor in Zed tier, she is supposed to be hard to play, so her win rate will drop faster than Yasuo's KDA once spear is removed, then, after seeing by how much, Riot can start fine tuning her kit. Win lane lose game can be a thing, we all know Renekton was the definition of that, so if that's what Riven will become after removing Spear, it can be ok, if she's still too strong, then small nerfs can do be done.
