It's only me or neeko and kennen as a too similar job.

Even if their kit has a lot of difference I fell like their job is too similar. Neeko has an high control on high skirmish and teamfight (E root and ult potential), kennen has the same but a bit risky (he need to sacrifice one of his dmg spell for doing that). Both of them has an on hit passive (neeko a dmg 3 hit passive and kennen a 5 hit but it apply a cc stack (which fall in favor of neeko E potential) Kennen R is instantly but deal ramp up dmg. Neeko R is delayed but deal instant damage and grant her a shield. Both of em apply a lot of cc. The big difference is that one has a way easyer ult to trigger (kennen E that grant a lot of ms) but the other one has a really safe waweclear skill (both E and Q) Although kennen poke rely on his Q that can't go through minion while neeko Q and E can bypass that. Probably the Energy vs mana influence a lot the difference between this two champ but otherwise I look this two as a mirror of each other. I didn't include the neeko passive and w active and the kennen w active because this part is different. I just compared this two because their role is similar but one has energy (early-mid power access) but a high weakness (waweclear take a lot of risk because he has to waste his defensive tool and the other has mana issue and low early burst potential (a lot of her dmg is delayed). Howewer both camille and vi have different kit but one does the other job better and this will be probably the case. One will outshyne the other.
