First Riot nerfs electrocute so it's weaker on junglers. Now, they want to nerf DH so it's weaker on junglers... what the heck. It's just like a better-scaling electrocute now. This is stupid...

because junglers tend to dominate at different stages of the game.

It's fine if riot nerfs all junglers simultaneously, but this is specifically targetting the junglers that used to take electrocute but was forced to switch the DH. Evelynn, for example, used to take electrocute until it got nerfed. Now she takes dark harvest, and now it's being changed. So now she'll switch back to electrocute, making her a lot weaker than other junglers that prefer other keystones.

Tank junglers aren't really a problem though it's definitely the assassin junglers that are -- or even the ones that are not meant to be assassins but that go to that anyways because of how efficient the keystone is.

But... not all of them are a problem. The only champ that is OP is Graves.

Not true even someone like Nidalee takes Dark Harvest now and that has completely spiked up her win rate causing her to be in the top 3 junglers for the past few patches.

If you arent a challenger why do you care about anything that happens in the challenger tier? Let alone several challengers are also alternate accounts for playing different roles.

Can only have 1 jungler on a team at a time, so suggesting the role is OP and capable of dolo carrying when it has a weaker finished is misleading.
