That doesn't mean it'll be the next champion, simply just the one hes most excited for.

No he was pretty sure this was the new champ. He confirmed it again on boards. Plus the rioter who designed him has been talking about wanting to make a jungler for years

The storm guy leak was officially debunked by riot Reav3. He confirmed the jungler champion on NEXUS, the riot development newsletter.
