Soraka no longer turns blue with zhonyas

"Soraka no longer turns a funky blue color when using Zhonya's Hourglass or Wooglet's Witchcap" - Patch 5.13 Notes I think this is a bug that belongs in the game . The blue looked really nice and it was fun to get zhonya on soraka just for the cool effects.
