Riot, it's mid season and the champion diversity is at an all time low

Do you have any plans to fix this?

From a competitive point of vue, MSI showed us how poor diversity was across all regions. It was always the same picks over and over again, with a little bit of variety on the support side (Hi Sona and Nami!)

Overall tough, it's always the same thing. As soon as one of these champions is not banned, they are instantly locked in. I think there is a problem with that since it means that those champions are simply too good/versatile and that they fit in pretty much all team composition and there is no risk in first picking them.

Jungle especially is a huge problem with a worrying trend : ranged junglers reigns supreme. We no longer see tanks, bruisers, or assassins. These ranged junglers need to be toned down so they don't completely invalidate the jungling pool. They must pay a price for their range advantage.

I miss the diversity of season 5 tbh, especially before the juggernaut upgrade. We saw a bit of everything and, aside from a few, no champions was really overbearing.

It seems like this whole season is one big preseason with some champions and items staying broken for way too long...
