Apparently 'all' Assassins are doing bad or subpar right now...This is fixable

They all share a common factor of a delay that's just a bit too long. Talon's W return speed makes it quite easy to dodge. Or how his initial W doesn't slow anymore...can just add a weaker slow on his initial W like it was before.

Fizz HAS to ult if he wants to proc his W burst right after. Otherwise, he has to Q, maybe E for security/waiting for the W bleed to hit 2 seconds, then jump down and W. And you might not even hit them with E.

Kata has to wait for her W to do a loopdeeloop in the air 3 times before she gets her 2nd blade spin. This one is slightly ok, but maybe a tad faster animation.

Leblanc's big damage is behind 1.5s...procs in one E, or a W-wait-Q (and so on with the combos)...it's just clunky, imo. Damage is fine.

Solution: The Lethality treatment. For some of these champs that are real clunky to play, make the delay scale down through leveling up. Or just make delays faster for champs that are close to being a decent rework.

For the assassins that might actually have number or mechanics issues, also easily fixed. Revert Akali W, maybe fix her ult cd..and so on.

Here's how to fix their win rates: Allow them to be played for more than 2 days before you want to make changes.

Uh, nah, literally everyone I know that has played the reworks more than once (and more than twice) would agree with these changes. I formulated the opinions/solutions, not only based off myself.

Give people some time to figure them out....Katarina is definitely useless though.

what the hell? talon has done nothing but destroy since the preseason, fizz is still dealing stupid damage, as for katarina i like the outplay potential, give people a chance to learn her so she doesn't become a face roll pentakill. champion again

She can't really penta anymore without putting herself at big risk.

and that's a bad thing? if you were able to get a penta with a champion with no risk that's not balance

Meaning there's no big worry about her becoming a penta champion. Lol.

For those telling me that time is all that is needed (aka, learning the champ), I'd like to remind you that 1.5s can last decades in league if Morgana's Q can last 3 seconds...which feels like a century.

Leblanc has more combo damage instead of 'lol point and click you die i am skillful', but her delay's just too long. Fizz has an even longer delay (2 seconds of bleeding), but at least if he hits his ult, it allows him to proc his W.

I'm literally just repeating what I wrote in the OP, but my point is, these aren't just my opinions. I'm 100% sure other people that have played any/every of these reworks more than a few times would agree. Some aren't even buffs, but QOL changes.
