Normally I'd try and write a rebuttal... but pretty sure the ONLY counterplay options to "not picking a heavily mobile champion and they have a J4" is to either flash as soon as he ults, LITERALLY blow him up whenever he jumps in, and be strong enough to murder the other laner who's helping him, or have every single path warded or never leave turret. Sadly, you can't ward 4 different paths, flash has a massive cooldown, and if you can 1v2 already you are fed as balls.
