@Morello @Scruffy we need another Let's Talk Darius Thread

We need to discuss Darius and how he's going to be doing in league, what he's getting in terms of changes, how he could be a less toxic champion(win 1 situation, have 0 chance another situation).

He's my favorite champ in the game after Draven but is so weak right now, he's not fun to play anymore or even a meaningful pick.
