Shaco isn't weak by any means. He just has a high skill cap to be able to use to full effectiveness.

No Shaco's kit actually is a problem. The sooner you start admitting it the sooner we can balance him.

actually no it isnt, his kit has basically no dmg on its own and the second either of the two items he uses are nerfed he get hit hard, actually play shaco and you'll see that

Q : 50 base damage E : 155 base damage R : 450 base damage Passive : 135% crit while he used to have a juicy 260% before the rework W : can now get oneshot by Duskblade and Red Trinket so no matter how much it should deals because now it deals nothing
