Why do I keep losing every game I play?

Honestly I think this season is just rough for anyone that plays their lane safe. I have always respected my opponent in lane and waited for a slip up to go in on them, however in this snowbally meta it doesn't matter. I can solo kill top a few times, but bot has already died 10 times so I'm no match for the enemy adc. I think you just have to throw caution to the wind and be that guy that is constantly going on the enemy rather than taking good trades and maybe netting a kill after a while or forcing a back and getting a farm lead.

Because you aren't allowed to play what you want, skill means nothing, it's all about power picks and snowballing.

Can't really determine why you are losing, need to see a replay or the attitude you have during games.

You are getting killed a lot. Make a goal of not getting killed or just get killed half as much and you will win more.

Not sure buddy, but here's something that helped me a lot after learning how to farm: Taking dying more seriously. Seriously, if you die you are giving up 300 gold plus 150 to whoever helped your enemy. I used to think if I got ganked that if I killed the jg or lane opponent it was worth, but it's not because you get 300, but they get 450. The other thing is that if you and your lane opponent are trading kills, you are feeding eachother far faster than the rest of the map. When this happens you have to make sure you use your power to carry and help other lanes snowball, so make sure you are using those TP plays and roaming. Otherwise, your dmg and warding seem pretty good. Just a relatively high number of deaths per game IMO.

It's hard to say just by looking at scores, but as far as I can tell buying more pink wards and getting your death totals down would go a long way. You don't cs terribly, but the numbers are still a bit low for the game lengths. That said, I obviously can't see what happened in the games so I can only give outside advice.

Overall I'd say ward more, especially as a solo, and cut down your deaths. Warding will likely help with the deaths. Work on cs as well, you don't have to kill your lane opponent. You seem to like Fiora, farming up on her will serve you just fine as long as you don't die excessively to ganks. You'll become a monster eventually even without kills as long as you farm well.
