New breed of items

Ive been thinking about the possibility of a different stat that could be boosted. I was considering an attack speed steroid. It would be a bit like youmuus but for range, like a short burst of attack range. this could be used in many ways. For example, you could use it to quickly backdoor a turret without taking damage, or you could use it to stay safe in a fight, or to pick somebody off. Obviously this is a rough idea and this can be changed and the nubmers tweaked An idea of the item could be :

Increases Attack Speed by 30% Increases Attack Damage by 25 Increases Magic Damage by 30

Unique Active : Increase range of autos from champion for 6 seconds

Price = 2650

The item seems balanced in that it wont directly boost one stat to OP. It would work on all hybrids and the range wouldn't be OP, since it cant stack!
