Riot needs to create an in game replay system. It is one of the most important ways to improve your playstyle. In fact, professional teams often have analysts whose entire job is to watch replays and teach the team where they can improve. If riot implements a replay system, the general skill level will rise and will lead to many people improving and hitting their desired rank. Maybe Riot could even partner with LoLReplay to join the two.
