I get that it's just Normals, but that doesn't mean I'm not trying to get better

I couldn't make this up if I tried. I have a Riven using Deathfire touch and building AP. A premade bot lane of Ekko and Yorick who proceed to feed the enemy Jinx an all you can eat buffet.

This game ended at 19.5 minutes. And no, I didn't rage or flame anyone. I didn't utter a sentence to my team. I just think it's sad that I'm used to this. Hell, a part of me expects it at this point. Yes, it's normals. But that doesn't mean I don't want to at least try to win.

Thats why i do not play normals for wins, i do it for fun and personal improvement and IP. Also friends, friends are good too.

Personal improvement > winning. You can win lane but lose game because of a better enemy team, but your a better laner than the other.

I like this mindset. To be honest I played that last game solely to improve my laning phase skills. Most of my friends only play at night so I guess I could also play at night.

Thanks for your input :)

Lol just remember they are there for their personal improvement as well, so try not to be too hard on them. If people start raging just mute them. Last few games of playing Nidalee for me trying to get mastery 6 atleast, i was like 4/0 or 7/1 or something and then ended up having all of the enemies come crashing into my lane and following me around lol
