Dear Riot: Can we give Katarina the Elise treatment?

You have nerfed countless champions for having a toxic play style or an un-fun play style (see Zilean). How is katarina fun to play against at all, you can dominate her in lane and she can just bounce back, all she has to do is jump into a team fight just thats just about to finish with 1 AP item and hit R for clean up. The other Thing thats annoying about her is that her first "tick" of her ult happens instantly, so 1/3 of her damage which is about 800 at full build happens instantly. Velkoz for example has to hit his whole ult to get off damage like that. Her does 2500 damage over the course of 2 seconds too 3 enemies at once, and then it resets. Please point out one part of her kit that is fun to play against and isnt toxic.
