Can we do something about Corki?
Particularly when he's mid. This is broken as fuck and Special Delivery needs to be gutted. ~1100 damage for walking through it is not okay. This completely shits over Rumble's ult.

His Q got gutted and his R is less spammy. His SD is once every 5 minutes. He has no CC and is short ranged for most of his kit. Stop making excuses for being outplayed.
Chuck Charles1 voteshe is definitely overpowered. it is not his package though. his auto attacks being HALF magic damage is just too much for being able to build AD. I think the ratio should be lower. maybe like 35% or so since you magic pen is very strong on squishies. his trinity > sorc spike is insane right now.
