Does bork need nerfs?

divers were weak before Coc. Became broken during Coc meta and now they are garbage again.

mages are having a field day with all the hp down. as if mages didnt't have the highest of winrates in mid lane.

as a tank it sucks to buy MR early. especially first item. there is always an adc. and you can't take minion baron dragon or towers if you don't have much armor. so the HP made up for it. but now thats gone its really sad.

I wish they just buff warmogs to 1k hp so I buy resists and warmogs. because it sucks.
