Are there plans to make normal draft not suck for high rated players?

I alternate between matches full of Diamond/Master players and pre-mades of Gold and Silver players.

The Gold/Silver player games are a waste of time and not at all fun. I also usually get put in them after only waiting 2-3 minutes in queue, which makes absolutely no sense.

Either fix this matchmaking or give us options to decide what kind of games we want. I'd rather sit in the queue for 20 minutes to get a bunch of good random players than sit in the queue for 3 minutes and get a 4-man Gold/Silver pre-made.

if you are plat 5 in ranked I highly doubt your win rate is much better in normals and thats not "high rated" sooo what? rofl

It's the opposite for me. I'm diamond but my norms mmr is shit because i dick around with friends on it. Now if I want to practice a new champ/role I have to do so on a bunch of shitters. It messes up the feedback loop required for meaningful improvement. You shouldn't have to sacrifice a certain type of queue to play with friends of a different rank. Now I need to level up a second account to be able to practice new things competitively.

I have 58% win rate (~100 wins over losses) in normals and still get this shit.

Yeah i stalk you rofl. I see that you were plat 3 last season so you are in your max tier range as it seems anyways since you hover between id say plat 5 and d5 so yes not high mmr its still low elo, and 58% isnt very high for mmr for normals either id say your games are pretty fine. They are relatively even for how wonky normals matchmaking is anyways its not suppose to be 100% correct thats what you play ranked for.
