Does this board actually think Azir is balanced

Does this moron actually think he deserves nerfs

I don't play him enough to have an opinion honestly. I've only played two games with him and he was tough to handle, but very fun. I've only faced one truly great Azir and he had an 80+% Win Rate with him against a variation of competition - that would indicate some balance might be needed, but hardly damning.
