Shen q same speed/release as veigar q (rito pls)

Shen's q animation feels "clunky". I often find it not releasing i start it but if target enter either fog of ward, grabs lantern or just lightly gets out of range like say a kat shunpo. the animation stops midway before it releases the blade. A veigar q feel more reliable.
